The second day of the conference combines the format of expert closed roundtables with policymakers and stakeholders, enabling open exchanges of opinions, focusing on Tech SMEs and the EU’s Start-up Scale-up Strategy, EUs Technological Sovereignty and Competitiveness and European Defence Industry.
